• Responding to your requests for quotes or information — Processing your contact information and project description to provide you with a response or quote. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures at your request.
• Audience measurement and website improvement — Use of Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors navigate our website and improve its performance. Legal basis: consent (you can accept or refuse via our Moelleux cookie management banner).
• Targeted advertising and remarketing — Use of the Meta Pixel (Facebook) to measure the effectiveness of our advertisements and present relevant ads to you on Meta platforms. Legal basis: consent (you can accept or refuse via our Moelleux cookie management banner).
• Website display and visual experience — Loading fonts via Google Fonts to ensure consistent display of text content. Legal basis: legitimate interest (technical operation of the website).
• Cookie consent management — Storing your consent choices via the Moelleux platform (by Horizon-Cumulus), hosted in Quebec. Legal basis: legal obligation (Quebec Law 25) and consent.

5. Transfers Outside Quebec

Some of our third-party service providers are established in the United States. Under article 17 of Quebec Law 25, we inform you that personal information may be communicated outside Quebec in the following circumstances:

• Google Analytics 4 (United States) — Navigation information (device identifiers, IP address, site behavior) is transmitted to Google LLC, whose servers are primarily located in the United States. Google is subject to the European Union and United States data protection framework (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) and offers standard contractual clauses to govern these transfers.
• Meta Pixel — Facebook (United States) — Navigation information and advertising identifiers are transmitted to Meta Platforms, Inc., whose servers are primarily located in the United States. Meta governs these transfers through standard contractual clauses and its own compliance framework.
• Google Fonts (United States) — Your IP address is transmitted to Google's servers when loading the website fonts.

Before any transfer of personal information outside Quebec, we ensure that the destination country or organization offers an adequate level of protection, including through the conclusion of contractual agreements containing protection clauses equivalent to those provided by Quebec Law 25. When required, a privacy impact assessment is conducted before the transfer, in accordance with article 17 of Quebec Law 25.

Furthermore, our business emails are managed via Google Workspace, whose infrastructure is operated in the United States. Your contact information transmitted by email may therefore transit through this infrastructure.

6. Retention Period

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or to satisfy our legal obligations.

Upon expiration of these periods, personal information is destroyed securely or anonymized irreversibly.

7. Rights of Individuals

Quebec Law 25 grants you several rights regarding your personal information that we hold. Here is an overview of these rights and how to exercise them:

• Right of access — You can request to consult the personal information we hold about you, as well as information about how it is used and shared.
• Right of rectification — If information about you is inaccurate, incomplete, or ambiguous, you can request that it be corrected.
• Right to erasure (right to be forgotten) — In certain circumstances provided by law, you can request the deletion of your personal information from our records.
• Right to portability — You can request to receive, in a commonly used technological format, the personal information you provided to us, in order to transmit it to another organization.
• Right to withdraw consent — When the processing of your personal information is based on your consent (particularly for analytics and marketing cookies), you can withdraw this consent at any time via our Moelleux cookie management banner, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before this withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact our Person responsible for the protection of personal information whose contact information is provided in section 8. We will respond to your request within 30 days, in accordance with Quebec Law 25.
