Google is\n        subject to the European Union and United States data protection framework\n        (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) and offers standard contractual clauses to govern\n        these transfers.\n      <\/li>\n      <li>\n        <strong>Meta Pixel \u2014 Facebook (United States)<\/strong> \u2014 Navigation information\n        and advertising identifiers are transmitted to Meta Platforms, Inc., whose\n        servers are primarily located in the United States. Meta governs these transfers through\n        standard contractual clauses and its own compliance framework.\n      <\/li>\n      <li>\n        <strong>Google Fonts (United States)<\/strong> \u2014 Your IP address is transmitted to\n        Google's servers when loading the website fonts.\n      <\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n    <p>\n      Before any transfer of personal information outside Quebec, we ensure that\n      the destination country or organization offers an adequate level of protection, including\n      through the conclusion of contractual agreements containing protection clauses\n      equivalent to those provided by Quebec Law 25. When required, a privacy impact assessment\n      is conducted before the transfer, in accordance with article 17 of Quebec Law 25.\n    <\/p>\n    <p>\n      Furthermore, our business emails are managed via Google Workspace, whose\n      infrastructure is operated in the United States.
